This is "Boomerang Bags aim to reduce plastic bag usage" by ABC Open Gold Coast on Vimeo, the home for high quality videos and the people who love them.
One community's grass roots initiative to get people using reusable shopping bags. Boomerang Bags are made by volunteers to be distributed by participating businesses. The idea is that the bags circulate, making them easily accessible. If you forget to bring your own bag, you can take one, bring it back, or drop it off at another location. The bags are also free. This would certainly make plastic shopping bags obsolete!
