About $17, producing 12 meals that are now stowed in the freezer and ready to go. About $1.50 per meal. Kind of a pain in the neck to prep it all but it's done now.
lil burritos i can heat up real easy. protein, veg, carb.
at this market down the block, i can buy a whole chicken for less than it'd cost to buy chicken parts, so i do that. which is kind of a whole production but i'm game for it when the kitchen's freed up at the apt for a few hours.
probably takes about 2 good hours of prep time to make it all and get it in the freezer. i'm all about easy.
Mmmmm
Well done!
What on earth did you make?

I usually spend around 60$ to make 15-20 boxes for lunches and dinners for the week for my roommate and I. Still so much cheaper than eating out.
$4 a meal? Look at moneybags over here! ;-)
